Seed cells in the desired format the day before treatment
Reconstitute lyophilized AUMsilence ASOs in the appropriate amount of water or buffer
Add AUMsilence ASOs to the cell culture medium overlaying the cells
Analyze AUMsilence oligo treated cells 24-72 hours after treatment
Dilute transfection reagent as recommended by the manufacturer
Dilute siRNA as recommended by the manufacturer
Combine the diluted siRNA with the diluted transfection reagent
Incubate
Add the siRNA-transfection reagent complexes to the cells
Analyze siRNA-transfected cells 24-72 hr after transfection
