I work in a lab with several members, how will we decide who will get the complimentary conference registration and/or airline ticket benefit?

AUM will honor the request of the group leader (principal investigator). The group leader can nominate anyone from their lab.

Do I need to participate in the conference within 12 months (my current enrollment period)?

No. AUM understands that it takes time to generate data and publish results. Considering this, AUMcare members will have up to 24 months (after their enrollment date) to make a request to AUM to make complimentary conference registration or book an airline ticket. Please note that AUMcare members do not need to participate in the conference or travel within those 24 months. AUMcare members just need to make the registration and/or air booking arrangements through AUM within this time frame for a scientific meeting in future.

Will I loose my benefits if I do not renew my AUMcare membership the following year?

Absolutely not. AUM understands that the requirements of researchers change from month to month and year to year. Your can claim your benefits for up to 24 months. AUMcare members will have up to 24 months (after their enrollment date) to make a request to AUM to make complimentary conference registration or book an airline ticket. Please note that AUMcare members do not need to participate in the conference or travel within those 24 months. AUMcare members just need to make the registration and/or air booking arrangements through AUM within this time frame for a scientific meeting in future.

Who will get the benefit of food/beverage gift cards?

Food/beverage gift cards will be issued to the group leader (principal investigator). The group leader will decide how to utilize the gift card. It can be during lab meetings or get-togethers or similar events promoting/encouraging science.

  1. To become an AUMcare member, commitment in the form of pre-payment for the desired level is required.

  2. AUMcare will run in a 12 months enrollment period i.e. after enrollment AUMcare members will have to utilize the funds within a continuous 12 month period.

  3. There is no restriction on a minimum order or blackout dates. AUMcare can order whenever they want and any number of FANA oligos they require.

  4. Money Back Guarantee: AUM will trust the customer for the results. If the member is not satisfied with AUM products, AUM will refund the funds as per AUMcare policy. AUMcare member will be refunded with in 14 days.

  5. Complimentary Conference Registration: AUM BioTech will register qualified AUMcare members only at early bird registration rate. AUMcare members must inform AUM BioTech their desire to attend a scientific meeting at least 21 days before the deadline of early bird registration rate.

  6. Complimentary Air travel arrangements will be made by AUM BioTech in economy class.

  7. Liabilities: AUM will only be responsible for the complimentary conference registration and complimentary air travel arrangements and will have no other liability associated with travel or the scientific meeting. AUMcare members shall cover all other related expenses on their own. Where required AUMcare members will need to make their own VISA arrangements for international travels.

  8. If AUMcare member utilizes the complimentary conference registration or air travel offers they will not be eligible for the AUMcare money back guarantee.

  9. AUMcare policies are subject to change but will remain valid for any current enrollment period.
