As gymnotic delivery does not require the use of transfection reagents, higher concentrations are required to load the cell’s endogenous endosomes for self-delivery. Standard working concentrations range from 1 uM – 10 uM, depending on cell type and gene. In some cases, titrating up to 25 uM may yield favorable results.
