Name the targets, and the sequences are designed using the AUMsilence platform, screened and made.
3 or 5 sequences?
- 1 sequence is the right order when the sequence is already settled: a published design you are reproducing, or one you have used before.
- 3 sequences are the standard first pass on a target nobody has silenced: enough to find a working sequence without spending the budget on one.
- 5 sequences are for an experiment you cannot easily repeat: primary cells from one donor, an animal cohort, a transcript whose open windows are few.
