Product selection guide

Find the right RNA silencing product for your research

The products target mRNA, microRNA, long non-coding RNA and viral RNA, or modify RNA splicing. Self-delivering antisense oligonucleotides (sdASO) enter the cell without a transfection reagent, electroporation, or a viral vector. Transfection-optimized antisense oligonucleotides (toASO) and AUMsiRNA are compatible with transfection reagents and electroporation.

  • AUMsilence sdASO

Self-delivering antisense oligonucleotides designed for mRNA silencing in cell lines and difficult-to-transfect primary cells, with 70-95% knockdown. Knockdown is target and cell-type dependent.

  • AUMantagomir sdASO

Self-delivering antisense oligonucleotides for microRNA inhibition and regulation.

  • AUMmimic sdASO

Self-delivering antisense oligonucleotides for microRNA replacement, supplying a chosen mature microRNA: the counterpart of inhibition, for the replacement arm of a microRNA study.

  • AUMlnc sdASO

Self-delivering antisense oligonucleotides that hybridize to lncRNA transcripts and trigger their degradation, in the nucleus as well as the cytoplasm.

  • AUMblock sdASO

Self-delivering antisense oligonucleotides designed to block RNA function without recruiting RNase H, for preventing RNA-protein interactions or RNA-RNA interactions.

  • AUMsplice sdASO

Self-delivering antisense oligonucleotides engineered for splice modulation, allowing for exon skipping or inclusion to study alternative splicing and splice-modulation models.

  • AUMsilence V+ sdASO

Self-delivering antisense oligonucleotides for viral RNA silencing, for virology research and the study of antiviral targets.

  • AUMsilence toASO

AUMsilence toASOs are optimized for standard transfection protocols and compatible with transfection reagents and electroporation, for high-throughput screening and routine lab work.
