10 nmol: enough for 2 wells of a 24-well plate at 10 μM, one treatment each.
How much to order?
A titration at 5 μM, 10 μM and 20 μM in triplicate is 9 wells. The wells are spread over the series.
9 wells: 3 at each of 5 μM, 10 μM and 20 μM.
1 dose: 3 days is within one re-dosing interval.
You have 10 nmol selected. In 500 μL that is 2 treatments at 10 μM.
For 9 wells over 5 μM, 10 μM and 20 μM in one dose the experiment needs 52.5 nmol, or 60.38 nmol with a 15% margin. The 100 nmol yield covers it with 7 treatments left.
Also consider: 50 nmol, the yield below, covers 8 wells like these, not the whole experiment.
