How much to order?
The wells are spread over 50 nM and 100 nM, the working range.
6 wells: 3 at each of 50 nM and 100 nM.
1 dose: 3 days is within one re-dosing interval.
You have 2 nmol selected. In 600 μL, the complete medium plus the two dilutions, that is 66 transfections at 50 nM.
For 6 wells over 50 nM and 100 nM in one dose the experiment needs 0.27 nmol, or 0.31 nmol with a 15% margin. The 2 nmol yield you have selected covers it with 56 transfections left.
Also consider: 5 nmol, the yield above, covers 111 wells like these, the whole experiment included.
